The Vestry Meeting was called to order at 11:25 am by Father Tom in Trinity Hall.

 

Members Present:Father Tom, Rector; Rich Shea, Senior Warden; David Abernethy, Treasurer; Joyce Cashin, Junior Warden; Don Anderson, Richard Breithaupt, Dick Emerson, Van Geoghegan, and Judy Allen. Nora Broszeit  was missing (Covid vaccine appointment).

 

Finances: David Abernethy reported that January expenses exceeded income by only $923. We discussed the anonymous donor who offered up to $25,000 as a match to any 2021 pledge increase. A question was raised if new pledges were included as matched increases. Also we questioned how many pledge units and pledge amounts have come in compared to 2020. Dick B will get this information for us. The 2021 budget will be voted on at the April meeting.

 

Vestry Calendar for 2021: was presented by Dick B and no changes were offered.

 

Our insurance will recoup $3000 once we purchase a new sign. This is to replace and not repair the current sign. The cost of a new sign could be as high as $15,000. Joyce will get the status of our replacement reimbursement from Lee Perry.

 

Vaccine Project: Saint Paul’s will host a vaccine event on Saturday, 3/27/2021 beginning at 1:30 pm. Joyce Cashin is coordinating this project along with Steve Carnell who was able to set up the contacts for this event.
